Singko Panalo app for iPhone and iPad

Singko Panalo Watch and Win app-based promo that is open to anyone of legal age (18 y/o and above) within the Philippine territory.

TO ENTER: Interested participants must download The Singko Panalo app through the iOS App Store. Users must be connected via the internet (either through wifi or data plan) to use the app. Participants must also register before using the Singko Panalo app (one-time registration) with personal information such as your full name, e-mail address, age, sex, and valid address (as required by the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry regulations). Registration is needed to be able to participate with the promo game, the participant information is needed when the promo ends and when a player is selected (via electronic raffle) as a winner. 

Tune in to TV5 from sign on to sign off and wait for the Singko Panalo questions to appear on your mobile phones or tablets. Answer the questions correctly to accumulate Singko Panalo Points. Point system are as follows:

·       1 correct answer = 100 Singko Panalo Points
·       1000 Singko Panalo Points = 1 ticket for the GRAND RAFFLE

*Points or Tickets have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

* Singko Panalo, TV5 and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information provided upon registration and entry into the promo for the purposes of administering the Promo and Prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry regulations. By accepting a Prize, winners consent to the publication and use of their name, address (city, province), voice, statements, photographs, image and/or likeness in any form, manner or media whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, in print, radio, television, in the Singko Panalo App, and on the Internet for any purpose in connection with the promo including, without limitation, for the purposes of advertising and trade, and promoting Singko Panalo and its services, without further notice or compensation.
*By participating in the promo, participants agree: (i) to release, hold harmless and indemnify Singko Panalo, TV5, Apple, Inc. from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrants participation in the promo; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this promo, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii)any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding legal fees and court costs.
 HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZES?
·       You will be contacted by a TV5 representative on how to claim your prize. Winners must have 2 valid government IDs to claim the prize.
